Dr Iyanda is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BROOT Consulting, Managing Partner (Nigeria), the DesignThinkers Group. He is a persuasive, performance-driven and energetic leader with more than 25 years of comprehensive management positions and achievements across various industries including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Management Consulting and Higher Education. Dr Iyanda is a skilled strategist with a knack for developing strategy into workable solutions and benchmark performance against target. He has been highly successful with start-ups or organisations in need of sustainable turnarounds.

He was the previously the Vice-President/Chief Operating Officer of the Tristate Healthcare System with the mandate to nurture the group into a leading healthcare brand in Nigeria and beyond. He served as Vice President for Development and Strategy for ten years and the Deputy Chief Financial Officer (DCFO) for five years at Babcock University during which time he nurtured the university to win the prestigious Brand of the Year Award by the World Branding Forum at Kensington Palace, London. He was responsible for crafting and executing the strategy that led to the radical transformation of the University into the foremost private University in Nigeria. He has a proven ability to operate in and manage complex systems and situations with so much authority and ease.

Dr Iyanda naturally unifies teams around organisational vision and has demonstrated great acumen in building leaders, shaping corporate culture and improving Strategic, IT, operational and financial ecosystems. He is a Senior Fellow of Nigeria Leadership Institute (SFNLI); Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA); Associate Member Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT),  Member, America College of Healthcare Executives (MACHE); Member, Global Institute for Innovation (Gini); A Certified Information System Auditor; and Member, Chartered Institute of Management, UK. He holds an MBA from Olabisi Onabanjo University, an MSc in Corporate Governance from Leeds Beckett University, Leeds, UK and a PhD in Information System Management from Walden University, Minnesota, USA.
