Senator is one of Nigeria’s data protection and privacy expert contributors for DataGuidance, an international data- and privacy-compliance network. In 2016, Senator completed a comprehensive data note on data protection and policy in Nigeria, available in over 100 countries.

Senator  has authored several articles on IP & IT. With his legal-writing skills—a skill he sharpened under Chinua Asuzu, Africa’s frontline legal-writing author and coach—Senator keeps pushing IP & IT advocacy.

Senator is the Lead Partner at Infusion Lawyers. Before founding Infusion Lawyers, he was the Managing Partner at Assizes Lawfirm and Chief Executive Officer of The Write House. He was also private tax-law researcher and assistant to a former Commissioner of the federal Tax Appeal Tribunal in Nigeria where he prepared several legal opinions on tax disputes between tax authorities and local & multinational companies.
